  • December 2003, at 16 months of age, had emergency room visit with a respiratory tract infection that led to cough and wheeze.
  • With subsequent colds had further episodes of cough and wheeze and was managed with bronchodilator.
  • Between colds, was free of symptoms but frequent colds. However no further emergency department visits. Coughed frequently last winter.
  • NOW is coughing at the end of a cold.
