  • In November 2004, ate an almond candy. Had avoided peanut and nuts because of family history.
  • Twenty minutes later, developed swelling, cough and wheeze, abdominal cramps, voice changes. Treated in emergency.
  • Asthma began 2 years ago. Beclomethasone HFA 100 mcg daily. Singulair qhs. Ventolin regularly. Despite that wheezes regularly
  • January 2005, With a cold, had a visit to an emergency and was treated with oral prednisone.
  • NOW taking beclomethasone HFA 100 mcg daily; Singulair 5mg qhs; ventolin tid.
