  • In the last few years has noticed cough and shortness of breath with exercise. With viral illnesses, he coughs for 2 weeks and has wheezed.
  • At present, he is coughing most nights and has some cough with exercise.
  • Has had no hospitalizations or trips to the emergency with chest symptoms.
  • Has only been treated with antibiotics and cough syrups.
  • Some rhinorrhea throughout the year but no other symptoms of allergy.
