FIVE YEAR OLD GIRL  DOB 28.03.00  DOV 24.07.05 History of constant stuffy nose throughout the year. Improved on topical nasal steroid. Awakens most mornings and sneezes several times. Rubs at her nose often and throughout the year. No asthma since age 2 when puffers were last used. However occasionally coughs. Develops very few colds and coughs for only about 5 days with colds.
