  • DEC21, ate a peanut butter cookie. Had avoided peanut because of family history. Two hours later, swelling, cough and wheeze, abdominal cramps, voice changes. Treated in emergency.
  • Asthma began 2 years ago. Beclomethasone 2 puffs bid. Singulair qhs. Ventolin regularly. Despite that wheezes regularly
  • January 2, 2002. With a cold, had a trip to the emergency and was treated with oral prednisone.
  • NOW taking beclomethasone 2 puffs bid: Singulair 5mg qhs; ventolin tid.
